Wow! I’ve been in Miami the past couple days and this song by a local group called “Grind Mode” is blowin uppp here. I couldn’t wait to get to a computer for about two days cuz this shit was stuck in my head the whole time. And this is how you do the Miami Jook, in case you were wondering. Great shit.

As you can see, he wasn’t lying when he said “I’m plannin on growin some.” I can’t wait to see them get long enough for him to be able to shake them dreads. E-40 also announced the launch of his new vitamin/energy drink called “40 Water.” Apparently he was serenading the crowd with samples of his new album “The Ball Street Journal” which is set to drop in the first half of 2008.
